A beautiful friend of mine found out that her husband was having an affair. With a sexy Indonesian lady named Dian Septiana Nughoro. It was a Senada Seirama Serumpun affair between Shah Alam and Jakarta. She was sad, devastated, crushed, depressed, broken-hearted.

Three is a crowd. Bila hilang kejujuran, maka hilang kepercayaan. Marriage is based on love, loyalty and trust. She has lost his loyalty. He has lost her trust. But they still have LOVE. And love is the most powerful force in any relationship. My friend still loves her husband. They have two lovely kids together. They have memories and hopes together. So this article by Carrie Joseph is dedicated to her husband. Please, win her heart back. Because I know, she still loves you.

How hard is it to get your ex back once you've cheated on them? You may feel that an affair automatically means an end to your relationship. But it doesn't have to be that way. When both people really want to work things out it's possible to save the relationship. So how to restore trust in marriage?

You will need to find ways to build trust between you and your wife. Usually this means adjusting your attitude as well as your actions. When you had an affair, you adopted an attitude that led to you cheating on your wife. You need to figure out why you had that attitude. There may be something diseased at the heart of your relationship. You want to find out what it is so you can heal it.

Think about what you were seeking when you had the affair.
What went wrong?
What was not enough?
Did she not have enough time for you?
Was your intimacy not enough? Was she nagging you all the time?
Do you feel like you couldn't get close to your spouse?
Was she controlling you?

If things were perfect in your relationship, you would not have cheated. You need to find out what you can do to fix it. Certainly, you will need to look deep inside your self for what is wrong, but you can't overlook the need for both parties to analyze the relationship. Before trust can be fully restored you will have to work on fixing the problems. You may need to seek counseling together to get to the heart of things.

In order to restore the trust in your relationship, you must act upon what you talk about. Deciding what needs to be done is useless if you don't act upon it. Start with the little, everyday things. Let your wife know that they can count on you to take the trash out, for instance and do it every evening. When you follow through and be consistent doing the small things you promise to do you are also showing your wife that they can have confidence in you. A gradual sense of trust is being built in your relationship.

You will also need to provide constant reassurance to your wife that you have changed. Be mentally prepared that she will bring up the betrayal when it comes to mind and you will need to learn to be patient and ready to apologize. You can't have the mindset that once you've apologized that you will never need to do so again. You deeply hurt your wife and it will take time and love to heal.

One of the ways to rebuild is to use the incident as an opportunity for you both to learn and grown from. In the same way that a bone gets stronger at the point it was broken, your relationship can strengthen and get better after the shock of an affair that almost breaks you. You can get your ex back after an affair, but restoring trust will take time and effort. You will have to adjust your attitude and your actions, but you can heal the wounds and become even stronger as a couple.

How to become the boss everyone loves to praise, rather than the boss everyone loves to hate! - Coach Ville Training

1. Acknowledge your staff.
When a member of staff does a job well, make sure you notice it, and acknowledge her or him for it. Don't let the opportunity to praise a piece of good work go by.

2. Never, ever, humiliate anyone on your staff team.
If you are annoyed with someone on your team, or they have done something wrong, make sure you keep your cool, especially in public. If you humiliate someone, he or she will hold a grudge against you, and their work will suffer too.

3. Create a culture where mistakes are OK.
If you don't make mistakes, chances are you are not stretching yourself. If your staff are allowed to feel that mistakes are part of reaching for new highs, rather than something to feel bad about, or shamed for, then they will take more risks on your behalf.

4. Remember personal details.
Take time to get to know your staff, who they are, who is important in their lives, etc. Be interested in them as people, not just as workers.

5. Don't hide behind your position.
Be human and friendly with your staff - that way you will all be able to support and encourage each other when things are tough.

6. Be approachable.
Allow your staff to feel that they can come and talk to you about sensitive issues, about inside- and outside-work difficulties, and that you will respect them, and not hold what they share against them.

7. Admit your mistakes.
If you get it wrong, say so. Managers don't have to be infallible! Your staff will respect you more if you are able to admit your mistakes, and then set about sorting out a solution.

8. Listen in such a way that your employees will talk to you.
Often people feel afraid of, or intimidated by, management. Make sure you show people that you are willing to listen to what they have to say, that they are important and worthy of your time.

9. Be clear in your requests.
It is your responsibility to ensure that people understand your requests - so communicate clearly, and ask if people have understood what you are asking for.

10. Treat everyone respectfully and courteously at all times.
Particularly when there is a problem! Everyone who works for you is a valuable human being who deserves respect. A manager is only as good as how she or he treats the people on her or his team.

I was chatting with my friends and one of us asked about the scariest horror movie when we were young. Here are among the movies mentioned in the scariest discussion.

Azean Irdawaty muda lagi masa ni. Muka dia hodoh. Pastu dia jumpa dgn Nenek Kebayan Normadiah. She gave her tongkat sakti. Tongkat tu ada loceng kat hujung, boleh berasap, remote control jalan sendiri pulak tu. Terus Azean Irdawaty cantik. Sapa buat jahat kat dia, tongkat tu pi suluh asap, terus mati.

Cerita hantu Indonesia lakonan Suzanna. Dia kahwin dengan Barry Prima. Pastu dia kena rape sampai mati, terus jadi hantu. Scene paling semua ingat masa sundel bolong makan sate 200 cucuk sekali hadap tapi keluar ikut belakang dia yang berlubang besar. Siap ada nanah, ada ulat gonggok, ulat bulu, lipan semua cukup. Dia langgah kuah sate dari periuk besar bunyi gulp, gulp, gulp!

Takut gila dengan Freddy Krooger. Sapa tidur, mimpi Freddy, pastu mati. Semua pakat tak boleh tidur. Freddy ni abang Wolverine agaknya. Tangan dia pun ada pisau. Ada yang tengah tidur, pastu Freddy tarik dia masuk dalam katil, abih katil tu lencun dengan darah.

Bachok, mari, Bachok. Bachok, mari, Bachok!

Try keeping the television switched off for a week - that is the challenge from a consumer group to Malaysians in a bid to enhance family values and ties. The Federation of Malaysian Consumer Associations (Fomca) has organised a one-week campaign themed “Turn Off the TV”, encouraging parents to switch off their TV sets and spend time with their children by doing more beneficial activities.

I support the campaign. By doing so, families can spend time together doing wholesome activities like reading, cooking, dining out, exercising, hiking or island-hopping! By turning off the TV, it gives us a chance to think, read, feel, taste, connect with our families, and get to know our neighbours.

So I am going (or I will try) to turn off my TV for a week. No CSI, no Kimora Life In The Fab Lane, no AF, no Keeping Up With The Kardashians, no Matahari, no Amazing Race, no Desperate Housewives, no The Nanny, no Friends.

The question is, CAN I SURVIVE?

And terlupa pulak, my family is in KL.

Which wristwatches are Swiss wristwatches?

How much wood would a woodchuck chuck
If a woodchuck could chuck wood?
He would chuck, he would, as much as he could
And chuck as much as a woodchuck would
If a woodchuck could chuck wood.

Red lorry, yellow lorry.

Red blood, blue blood.

A big black bug bit a big black bear, made the big black bear bleed blood.

The bootblack bought the black boot back.

Flash message!

Lesser leather never weathered wetter weather better.

A tutor who tooted the flute
Tried to tutor two tooters to toot.
Said the two to the tutor:
"Is it harder to toot or
To tutor two tooters to toot?"

I read in the April 2009 issue of Her World on the bright side of dining out alone.
  • You don't have to argue over the choice of restaurant.
  • You can finally read that book you've not had time for.
  • Observing other people can be an intriguing, delightful experience.
  • Contrary to what you think, other women will either envy or admire how comfortable you are with your own company.
  • You get to spend precious moments with the most important person in your life - you.

I NEVER dine out alone. I don't argue over the choice of restaurants because I love food. I don't read books while eating. It is more fun to observe and critic other people with friends. I know other women will laugh at my loneliness without any company. And I spend precious moments with the most important person in my life - ME, MYSELF & I - at my home sweet home. Besides, I love my friends and enjoy every dining moment with each and every one of them.

Hardly a day passes with me not hearing an accident reported on LFM Traffic Report every morning.
If you are involved in an accident, the most important thing to do is do not panic. You may find this difficult especially if you are driving alone, but try to stay calm. If you are not at fault, it is easy to get angry, but avoid heated exchanges with others involved in the accident. Attend to the injured first, and call the police and ambulance immediately, if needed.
Exchange names, contact numbers, insurance details, vehicle registration numbers, and if there are witnesses, get their details too. Then make a police report within 24 hours of the occurrence of the accident.
Tapi kalau dah accident dgn beruk like I did recently, lain ceritanya. You can't get angry, sebab dah confirm their brains do not work like ours. You can't exchange names, they don't have any. You can't exchange contact numbers, Celcom never aprrove their application. You can't have witnesses, only the victim can understand the witnesses.
In the end, you SUFFER.

For the first time in history, people of all ages, nationalities, race and background have the opportunity to use their light switch as their vote – Switching off your lights is a vote for Earth, or leaving them on is a vote for global warming.
WWF are urging the world to VOTE EARTH and reach the target of 1 billion votes, which will be presented to world leaders at the Global Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen 2009. This meeting will determine official government policies to take action against global warming, which will replace the Kyoto Protocol.
It is the chance for the people of the world to make their voice heard. We all have a vote, and every single vote counts. Together we can take control of the future of our planet, for future generations.
VOTE EARTH by simply switching off your lights for one hour, and join the world for Earth Hour.
